Our candles are made with environmentally conscious materials, and we source our wax from deforestation-free supply chains. Additionally, our packaging is minimal and eco-friendly, and our wax manufacturer plants trees to offset farming impacts.

3. How should I burn my candle for the best results? For optimal performance, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use, burn the candle for no more than 4 hours at a time, and always place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts and flammable materials. 4. Do you offer local delivery? Yes, we offer local delivery services to reduce our environmental impact and provide a more personalized service to our valued customers in the greater Madison area.

5. How long do your candles burn? Our 8oz dual-wick candles typically burn for approximately 30 hours, depending on how they are used and cared for.

6. What should I do if my candle arrives damaged? If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging materials and the damaged candle, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipment carrier.

7. Do you offer international shipping? At this time we do not offer international shipping. We focus on serving our local and national customers within the United States.
